So now is an excellent time to tell you that the new Real Estate record is one of my favorite records of the year. Real Estate is a feel good band from Ridgewood NJ. I've been anticipating their debut LP on Woodsist for quite some time now. If you are into the jamz of Woods, Vivian Girls, Ducktails, Beach Fossils; you will definitely LOVE Real Estate because they are without a doubt, better than any of those bands I just mentioned. It's really affordable to go to one of their shows and I strongly suggest it! The video above was made by the god of documenting the Brooklyn music scene, Ray Concepcion.
