The Splinters are an awesome 60's influenced garage punk band from the west coast who just released a new record called, "Kick," on Double Negative Records. They're pretty rad and their songs are insanely catchy. "Electricity," has some sweet riffs and their vocals are kind of tantalizing. Listen to the Splinters, mainly because they're awesome and you'll like them; especially if you're Rock and Roll Dance Party, Outerlibrary, or Laura Cooper. There are probably more of you who will dig them, but these shows will roll around in their music like pigs in mudd. Mmm.
