Harlem is a band that is almost from Austin, TX, but not quite. The three boys of Harlem is one of those bands that quite literally popped out of the musical vagina of nothingness. That's the music industry these days, awesome bands just springing up out of no where and terrible bands hanging around like last night's dinner. Anyway these Texans via Arizona just released a pretty good record on Matador called "Hippies." You've probably seen it somewhere on the world wide web, as it does seem to be taking the world by storm. I'm still not sure if I like Harlem, but I promise you that "Someday Soon" is a pretty excellent jam. Every jam is slathered in Texan BBQ sauce, a delicious touch every rock band should have.
