Jam of The Day: Morning Benders - Excuses
It was just last week when me and my friends were kind of manic about seeing Surfer Blood at Market Hotel. We were talking about it all week and in that time my dear friend Henry kept mentioning some Morning Benders band and said he wasn't too fond of them. Well, I've finally listened to them and I think that they're pretty rad. I think many of you who like pretty indie pop gems like Beach House and Grizzly Bear will find a spot for the Morning Benders in your big juicy musical heart. The jam of the day is a song called "Excuses" which is off of their newly released LP, "Big Echo," on Rough Trade records.
